  2. Just agreeing with Audrey! Did this one this morning and loved it – especially the wide angle forward bend sequence.
    Again, cannot thank you enough for this gift…left to my own devices I know I would slide into sloth during this extended isolation, but with these podcasts I am establishing a true home practice…the variety is WONDERFUL!

      BTW, I know these podcasts also need improvements – as they are done 1-time through without any edits etc – so if you have basic suggestions about timing, pace, clarity etc, please do pass those along – they will be warmly accepted!!
