Block Challenge: Feb ’20
Throughout the month of February we will aim to use blocks in classes
in new and interesting ways….
For the month of February we will be practicing the Block Challenge. And here is how it will work:
(A) If you have yoga blocks, bring them to class.
(B) In mostly every class, we will take time to introduce and / or review ways to use a block in your practice. Sometimes the block will serve as a support piece, and other times the block will be used to make the pose more challenging.
(C) At the end of each week, we will post highlights of how the block was most successfully used. That way we have a record and you can practice them at home or remember them for the future.
(D) Look forward to doing this monthly challenge together….
