Had a wonderful session with these elite athletes…
Always great to train with elite athletes of the University of Maryland Track & Field team. They are always completely focused and ready for each and every step. As they are in their peak season for indoor track we geared our session towards hips and hamstrings along with some restore, plus worked the entire body, and then did some segments on deep breathing / relaxation, as well as visualization. The culminating story served as a reminder of how vigilance in the particulars of daily life enables one to shine in life’s grander moments – and express greatness.
