Yoga Challenge Classes this Summer

Yoga Challenge at NECC (Ches Bch)
Mon Evenings (6:30 – 7:30p) & Thurs Mornings (9a – 10a)

Two new sessions of the Yoga Challenge class start the week of June 15, and these might just be the right challenge for you this summer. Here I wish to emphasize that these classes are as welcoming as they are challenging. So no one should automatically think that this class is beyond them. Rather this class might be just the perfect fit.

Perhaps you have never done an arm balance or an inversion. That’s ok. This might be the place where you begin to learn – in a very open and accepting environment. Or it might be the occasion where you discover what you can do as an alternative or modification to the said poses. That might be your challenge, and hence your growth.

In these classes, we have people who approach the practice on various levels – and we practice together, supporting one another. True enough, this is not your A-1 beginning yoga experience, but if you have been to some yoga classes and have a desire to see what else is out there. Then this might be the perfect challenge for you. We’d be glad to have you.

How to register

For the first time ever, we have split the summer classes into 6-week sessions to make it easier for your summer schedule. Here they are:

Yoga Challenge – Monday Evening – 6:30p – 7:30p – June 15 – July 20

Yoga Challenge – Thursday Morning – 9a – 10a – June 18 – July 23

Yoga Challenge – Monday Evening – 6:30p – 7:30p – July 27 – Aug 31

Yoga Challenge – Thursday Morning – 9a – 10a – July 30 – Sep 10
