Welcome to this next podcast of the The Balance Challenge.

Here we work on enhancing balance in high lunges and transitioning into lateral balance poses like Warrior III. To prepare for this we engage in a short warm-up and then we close with a brief cool down.



Here is the routine: Child -> table -> cat / cow -> low lunge -> mini-pyramid pose -> lung stretch -> down dog -> high lunge -> half-upward arm pose -> airplane pose -> down dog -> high lunge -> warrior III -> down dog -> table -> child’s pose -> namaskar.
