Welcome to week #2 & podcast #3 of The Balance Challenge (Mar 2015). Here we begin to explore lateral balance poses. These types of poses are excellent for overall body awareness, athletic prowess, core strength, courage, & confidence. Not to mention, all standing balance poses are key towards injury prevention.

This podcast features a gentle warm-up for the spine followed by a series of entries and variations of dekhasana (airplane pose) and viirabhadrasana III (warrior III).
