Had a great experience at the recent Wellness Day (Sun, Feb 25) at Greenstreet Gardens…

Here is the way our table was setup just prior to the start of the event.

Here are a few highlights of the event:

* Lots of meets and greets

* Much interest in the sprouting jars & seeds

* Did a yoga practice onsite

• * Free Yoga CD to all comers

* It looks like Greenstreet will be our new outdoor yoga venue!
(With the option to go indoors if the weather turns on us.)

* Met lots of other health practitioners

* All in all a great time
