Each week our Saturday morning Relax & Restore class begins with some gentle, whole body movements and deep breathing. And then it slowly transitions into what you see above – a complete release into the inner world of restorative yoga: Where the physical body is neatly supported and the mental body experiences states of deep relaxation.
