Start off the year on the right foot. Gain all the essentials for improving – maybe even perfecting – your balance. We will cover a number of standing balance poses, and their variations and points of entry. Everyone will have full freedom to safely challenge themselves. So this will be an all-levels experience. In addition, there may be scope to engage in a few arm balances as well.
Hi – what class should I take with osteoporosis- actually built some bone back now osteopenia. Have to be careful not to twist or bend my back too far? Would the slow flow be gentle enough?

Glad to hear you have built up some bone mass and improved from osteoporosis to osteopenia. Any of our classes will be just fine for you EXCEPT (1) Absolutely Abs & (2) Strength & Fitness. Other than these two classes, all of the others will be quite suitable….
