Strength Challenge: Jan ’21

Each week we will focus on a variety of poses and initiatives to strengthen a given specific part of the body.


To get a strong start to 2021, we thought it only appropriate to work on strengthening ourselves. Each week a segment in our classes will focus on generating strength in a particular aspect of the body. This endeavor will be accessible to everyone. The goal will be to educate and explore, not overwhelm or burnout etc. While most of the work will be done in our live classes, we will put up blog posts throughout the month.

Here then is the schedule for the month:

(A) Jan 1 – 9, 2021: Back

(B) Jan 10 – 16: Arms

(C) Jan 17 – 23: Quads

(D) Jan 24 – 31: Stomach / Abs
