Tracys Landing (Deale), MD – The SoCo Arts Lab will be opening a Members’ and Guests’ Art Show and Sale with the theme, “12 by 12 in Twelve”. Two dimensional works that will be exhibited will be no larger than 12” by 12”, and works in other media will also be on an intimate scale. This festive event is free to the public.
An artists’ reception is scheduled for Friday, December 20, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The “12 by 12 in Twelve” show will also be open on Saturday December 21, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m The Lab (312 Deale, Rd., Tracys. Landing, MD 20779) will be filled with art on all three floors and a number of our artist members will be on hand to show off what they do and how they do it.
In addition to original art work shown by the newly juried members of the Lab, the work of a number of guest artists will also be shown.
Elizabeth Kendall, President of the SoCo Arts Lab commented:
While we are just getting off the ground, the Lab already features a very talented community of artists and we are pleased to be joined by artists from further afield. We are especially happy to be able to offer this show around the holidays so that artists can share their works with families and friends who might be visiting and looking for the best kind of personalized gift.
