Seed Challenge Hijacked!!

Help – the seed and nut challenge has been hijacked – look what happened….

The Seed and Nut Challenge started with the best of intentions….

The above all arrived at the beginning of the month, and I was eyeing a second order as well.

And then this happened…a professional bread-maker who lives around the corner took me under her wing and together she and I made this sourdough loaf. She basically did 70% of everything in our kitchen, and I engaged in about 30% of the work as an active observer.

Thereafter, under her guidance, I went on a shopping spree…(under the keen watch of my teacher)

Then I followed her written instructions and made this Rustic loaf….it was a good learning experience….and although it is very, very tasty, apparently I made a few rookie mistakes…

And now I am duty bound to continue refining my new craft.

So that is the tale how the nut and seed challenge got hijacked.
