Week #3 Replays: Presentation & Practicum

In this culminating class, we view breathing as part of a greater system wherein the breath is the essential starting point for delving within. And in the practicum we review earlier steps and build upon them, such as with kumbhak and chakras, for a full sustained breathing and meditative experience.

  1. Hello Satyam –

Does each Chakra have corresponding parts of the body or extremities that they are related too that one can breath into for healing or pain ?

Is there an exercise that we can do too open or optimize each Chakra and how do we know when a Chakra needs a tune-up ?

    Thank you Brother,
    Greg
