Living Well With Parkinson’s: Interview with Chris & Brigitte

Living Well With Parkinson’s:
Interview with Chris & Brigitte

This is an inspiring interview that serves as a “how to”
for anyone undergoing any type of life change or unexpected transition…

Chris came into the Renyoga fold years and years ago and was a regular attendee in Galesville. At that time, Chris was active in the Annapolis area running athletic programs for schools and coaching sports teams, and he would always bring me onsite to work with his athletes / students.

Fairly early on, Chris told me about his diagnosis and shared what pathways he was considering, and I was moved and awed by his detached and methodical approach. Here he was in the prime of his life with such a promising future when he was thunderstruck and blindsided by this diagnosis, yet his was a mature voice of reason and hope. In the last year or so, we’ve had less contact so it was a real joy to see just how well he and Brigitte are doing as they keep a close watch on his condition and help provide inspiration and practical guidelines for how to keep climbing higher.

This is a great watch for anyone and everyone confronted with a life-altering circumstance and the invariable tough choices and decisions that come with it, which is essentially most of us.
