Abs Challenge #6 – Podcast

Following are two of the many poses that are featured in this podcast. First we have Frannie doing a perfect presentation of upward boat pose – i.e. the variation practiced in this podcast.

Next we have Sharon doing a deceivingly strenuous core twist pose, which is the final pose of this podcast.

Here is the sequence for this practice:

Supine -> circle knees over belly -> ankle to thigh hip-opener -> L-shape to seated forward fold -> utkat paschimottanasana (difficult seated forward fold) 4x -> supported bridge pose 2x -> L-shape (ankle crosses) -> upward boat -> table top -> dolphin plank (arm through variation) -> wide angle dolphin plank (arm forward) -> dolphin plank (knees down) -> dolphin side plank (variation) -> plank -> down dog -> knee to head – elbow – opposite elbow -> downward dog -> seated core twist 2x -> seated massage & breathing
