Renaissance Yoga knows how to get your team in shape. Whether it be pre-season, before the big meet or game, or off-season, we know how to get your team ready for competition. We have worked with and trained teams from NCAA Division I schools, including the University of Maryland’s (College Park, MD) men’s and women’s track and field and cross-country teams, as well as and the men’s and women’s cross-country teams at Loyola University (Baltimore, MD). In addition, since 2008 Renaissance Yoga has led sessions for the National Cross-Country Camp at the Naval Academy (Annapolis, MD).

On the high-school level, we have trained varsity teams from Southern High School (Harwood, MD), The Key School (Annapolis, MD), Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD), among other institutions.
