with Shawn O’Neill, DPT

This Yoga Anatomy workshop explores your core. This aspect of our body is central to so many movements – on and off the mat. It brings strength, power, control, and general health.

Learn the essentials of your core as well as what muscles make up the core. Plus discover the function of the cover as well as the functional implications.

Identify weakness and inflexibility in the core, and how you can enhance your standard. Activate the core through muscles recruitment and exercises.

And incorporate core work into your yoga practice and everyday function.

This is going to be a session that really opens your eyes to what the core is and how you can use it to your best advantage. A strong core relives back ailments and so much more. So come out for this one and get the benefits: For your life, for your practice, for your being. All are invited to attend…

Our Yoga Anatomy workshops are very popular – be sure to register early.
