YES – Class Today – Fri 2/14

We will hold class today – our window of opportunity has arrived!! I believe the roads are clear & the weather stable – even sunny!!

So join us this morning (Fri, 2/14) at 9am for our Yoga Flow class at Black Belt Academy (Dunkirk).

All are welcome – if you have the morning free – shake off that cabin fever and come practice with us.

p.s. We are indeed breaking from our snow policy as the Calvert schools are closed today – but sometimes this happens. For those who can make it – wonderful; and for those who cannot, you will be credited for your class and we look forward to seeing next time!
