Our deepest wishes to Sarah (Mon night Yoga Challenge) and her family on the arrival of Patrick Michael – who is now two weeks old, exactly! This photo is from a week or so ago. Both mother and baby are healthy and well. With two older sisters, aged 5 & 3, Patrick will have plenty of care and help as he makes his way in this world. We look forward to Sarah’s return to class in late November or so…
