Putting together another wonderful vegan meal – this time roasted vegetables (above), while on arrival day mom had prepared these incredible layered vegetable tortes (below). And no, mom does not wear a mask in the house, but, ever diligent, she still had it strapped on after we did some errands yesterday.
Below are a few shots from our evening walk yesterday…starting from her backdoor and going around her locale….
Hmmm…I’d really love to know the routines she feels are most important in life and what she relies on in challenging times…
