Hips are a key aspect of our human health and physical well-being; and yes, they are an important component to any yoga practice. Whether it be Warrior II, happy baby pose, or that lush restorative place – our hips are what help get us there!
Growing up in a chair-sitting society, many of us need a little extra work on our hips: Strength, flexibility, range of motion and more. This seminar will examine basic anatomy and functionality of the hip and apply that to a wide range of hip-opener poses. Some of them may be challenging – some will be soothing – some will be calming – all will be hips.
Come on out and get to know your hips. This is a session for everyone – no prior experience needed. Build your practice, refine your poses, find relief, and discover what hip openers can do for you…
I so need this! I wish I could stream your classes and workshops! 🙂
Hello there – you would be a most-welcomed addition – let’s talk flight schedules – that streaming is in the works – promise!!
