Here we explore transitions – moving from one balance pose to the next….


In the below video, we explore three different balance transitions. Learning how to transfer your weight and gaining the muscle memory for transitions helps in strengthening your core, advancing your balance, and injury prevention, especially protecting against falls. These transition sequences can also be a challenge – as challenging as you wish to make them. Try some of the ones shown here or link together two or more of your preferred balance poses.
