Thought of this sunrise I took back in April. I loved how a ribbon of light reflected at the water’s edge. Another blessed day in the horizon!

Liz’s message culminates in unending optimism and that is the way of the yogi / yogini. No matter the challenge, obstacle, or problem, the only way forward lies in keeping the eyes fixed on the signpost of victory – the blessed sunrise. With that comes the opportunity to start anew – fresh – and move on ceaselessly towards the cherished goal. The greater the obstacle – the greater the victory…
