Engage in this unique, personalized meditative session which will be the first in our Special Topics series where we put out a call for questions beforehand and incorporate those answers into the session.

We will go over the basics of meditation and introduce new techniques in this theoretical-cum-practical platform. Expect 50% discussion and 50% practice – but the real special aspect lies in your ability to pose your questions, wishes, and thoughts ahead of time. You may do so in the comment section below or privately here. Every question / entry will be incorporated into our session.
