Course Guidelines on Vision Boards

Here are a few approaches and suggestions for making your visions boards, followed by a short video (5 min 36 sec) from our class #4 about vision boards.

A few suggestions from Gwen:
(a) Purpose: visualization is the first step toward realization.
(b) Putting your ideas (photos, images, text) on a single PowerPoint slide, or put it together on cardboard etc.
(c) This is a way to create space for yourself and listen. Be as creative and aspirational as you wish. The process itself cultivates understanding and insight.
(d) Your vision board may or may not incorporate something for each of the 7L’s.
(e) Your vision can aim to answer the question: “A life on my terms is….”. Your response may be literal or conceptual.
(f) You can send us your boards ahead of time if you would prefer Gwen to handle the screenshare.
