Recipe: Maple Sesame Tofu

maple sesame tofu That eternal question, “What to do with tofu?”

Well here is an easy, tasty recipe from our good friend Bethanne (Eating Healthy Seminars) that she shared with us a year or two ago:

Ingredients: 2 tbs maple syrup, 3 tbs tamari, 2 tbs vegetable oil, 1 tbs ginger, 1 tbs sesame seeds, 1 lb extra firm tofu.

Preparation:
1. Mix marinade;
2. Drain, press, cube tofu;
3. Place tofu in shallow pan, pour marinade on top; place in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
