We have a few options for how to spend Thursday evenings this winter,
kindly let us know what you might be interested in…
Our once-a-month Thursday evening classes in the summer are reserved for Outdoor Yoga. Now summer is behind us and we have a variety of options of how we could spend the time during these non-summer months.
Kindly select from one of the below options, or write it your own choice in the comments section. Again, here are talking about a class from 6:30p – 8p (more or less) on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
On Thursdays evenings I would like to explore:
(A) Questions & Answers on Meditation (building upon what we did last year)
(B) Select Topics of Physical Practice: Balance, Range of Motion, Strength, etc
(C) Philosophical Inquiries: Origins of Yoga, Applying Theory to Everyday Life
(D) Health & Nutrition: Food, Fasting, Mental Wellness, Etc
(E) Singing Bowl Bath & Deep Relaxation
(F) Suggest Your Own Topic

As usual they all sound good. My top choices would be meditation, nutrition and philosophy. 😀
A combo of options B&E would get my vote.
Singing Bowl and Deep Relaxation
A and C would be my choice; I would love a beginner’s class to the yoga sutras…but I’ll go with any of them.
I vote for b,c,and/or d. No singing bowls for me😀.
I would be very interested in refinement of poses and alignment for them. Also ideas for an inclusive home practice.
