Peek into a Week of 2 Yoginis: Arts, Sprouts, & Kayaking
Life with 2 Yoginis: Arts, Sprouts, & Kayaks
Two of our yoginis have been palling / paddling around together – see what they have been up to…
Here is a photo journal summary of how two yoginis pass their week. First here we have a look at Jean’s broccoli sprouts. No doubt, they are the epitome of freshness and vitality – the essence of “live food”:
After some healthy eating of sprouts, we come to art and the world of aesthetic science – another pursuit yogis espouse. Below is Nancy’s latest and greatest needle-felting presentation.
And – of course – both Jean and Nancy were in various yoga classes through the week. So on Friday, they took full advantage of November’s spring weather and had themselves a paddle at Parker’s Creek. Here is Nancy pictured below:
Indeed, they seemed to have had a great outing in nature – taking in in all the sights and scenes as they make it safely ashore. Here is Jean below…
So there you have it: Good nutrition, fine art, a paddle with mother nature, excellent company (satsaunga), and a little yoga along the way. A fine showing of a week for two yoginis…
We’re having a blast with the autumn paddling. I’m not taking the kayak rack off my car yet!
Indeed, you two have been having a good go at it this fall – I say keep the rack on!!
Wow, Those pictures were amazing! And I was there…so glad we seized the day. Truly blessed to live near such beautiful waters.
