Overview
Join us for a month of wellness with three dynamic facilitators in a small-group live virtual setting. Focus on your mind, body, and spirit to Re-Center, Re-Discover and Re-Set for the new year. Dr. Gwen Schiada (host of “Life on your Terms” Podcast and creator of the 7L Framework), Holly Dunbar (founder of New Moon Bodywork & Botanicals, Licensed Massage Therapist and Herbalist), and Satyam (founder and lead instructor of Renaissance Yoga) will guide integrated, interactive virtual group sessions of no more than 25 participants. A private Facebook group will feature bonus videos and opportunity to dialogue with facilitators between sessions.
All participants will receive $50 worth of essential oils and aromatherapy educational materials, a Life on Your Terms virtual workbook, 7L Framework video series via Facebook, a virtual vision board, yoga lifestyle education materials, as well as select access to Renaissance Yoga’s “on demand” and “live online” yoga classes. You can also pose queries to facilitators between sessions.

The Classes
Re-align Your Life with the 7L Framework: We can be beholden to so many things that keep us from living our most authentic life. Remember, there’s not one definition of success. What’s yours? Perhaps it has changed? Let’s re-discover together! Learn how to successfully live in alignment with your passions, values and purpose to create a life on your terms. This is perfect for anyone feeling that nudge of change but unsure what to do next or how to get there. The 7L Framework is a step-by-step process designed to help you tap into your inner compass, so you can claim and create the life you desire and achieve your dreams! This session will provide an overview of the 7L Framework, group interaction to clarify concepts, answer questions and allow for participants to share more deeply in a safe and supportive environment.
Essential Oils & Aromatherapy for Natural Health: Learn the art and science of aromatherapy through an credentialed herbalist and experienced practitioner, not a rep looking to make a sale! You will learn how to safely and effectively use essential oils to support health and well-being by learning how the oils are absorbed in the body and their profound effects on physiological and mental processes. Students will be able to smell the oils while learning about their specific applications, safety concerns, and how to utilize them most effectively, allowing for a more interactive experience from home. Aromatherapy is a holistic practice for the mind and the body, and enhances the experiences of both yoga and the 7L Framework. 5 (5 ml each) oils mailed ahead of time to participants along with blotter papers and reference materials. There will be enough oils that they can be used after the retreat.
Yoga Lifestyle in the New Year: Let’s take yoga off the mat and into our lives in the most fundamental way possible: by refining four things we do each and every day – eating, sitting, thinking, and sleeping. When we take a clear look at these four arenas and apply yogic principles, we can really start to get the benefits of yoga in a deeper way, and feel them round the clock. This is a time for YOU to explore and start afresh in ways you feel most comfortable. In each arena, you will learn how to implement meaningful changes that YOU choose for yourself. Discover how the holistic practices of yoga offer enhancements and remedies in key aspects of our lives. Benefits include: stress reduction, deeper sleep, mental clarity, weight loss, and increased energy and vitality. This session will be conducted in a safe, supportive environment suited for your success.
