Meditation is one of the great tools for keeping the mind positive and cultivating an optimistic outlook. According to the yogis, the human mind has 50 vrttis, or propensities, or tendencies. These include fear, jealousy, anger, sweetness, love, and compassion. Through a concerted and proper meditative approach, one goads the mind towards more refined propensities. This creates a fundamental shift in thinking and outlook. By this way, one’s entire personae is renewed and revitalized.

This workshop presents meditative techniques for channelizing the mind towards wholly positive ideals. In addition, we will critically examine the philosophical foundations and how this plays out in day-to-day life. We will practically address queries like, “How can I respond in a better way to particular life circumstances?” And, “How can I generate a more inspired vision for my day?”

Discover how meditation and the philosophy of mind can be very tangible tools for you. Whether you are interested in spirituality, mental peace, or cultivating the facility to handle work or life situations, this will be an occasion to gain new skills and understanding. This is not a flighty, new-age seminar, but rather a practical, “hands-on” approach that will supply you with key abilities for achieving success.
