High Lunge Challenge: Aug ’22

Build your endurance in your high lunge all month long….


The Aug ’22 High Lunge Challenge is really very simple. We do a single high lunge every day on each leg – that’s it. Here are the timings we are striving for:

Week 1 (Aug 1 – 7): 30 seconds each leg
Week 2 (Aug 8 – 14): 45 sec to 1 min each leg
Week 3 (Aug 15 – 21): 1 min 15 sec to 1 min 30 sec each leg
Week 4 (Aug 22 – 31): 1 min 45 sec to 2 min each leg
