Heart Challenge: Feb 22

For the month of February 2022 we will be pursuing the Heart Challenge….


In this month’s Heart Challenge, we will pursue a different theme each week:

(I) Heart Openers (Feb 1 – 7): In our live online classes we will be emphasizing a variety of heart-opener poses.

(II) Heart Healthy Foods (Feb 8 – 14): This week focuses on foods that promote a heart healthy life. Think veggies, fruit, grains, and legumes – all those foods that are 100% cholesterol-free and help prevent and reverse heart disease.

(III) Heart Healthy Activities (Feb 15 – 21): Time to get that heart pumping – think cardio activities like jogging, biking, climbing stairs, hiking etc.

(IV) Heart Chakra (Feb 22 – 28): Here the emphasis will be on the anahata chakra and meditative endeavors.
