Free Classes – Join In!!

 Two Free Challenge Classes

Mon June 6 at 6:30p // Thurs June 9 at 9am at NECC

Join us Monday June 6 at 6:30p and / or Thursday June 9 at 9:00a at NECC (Northeast Community Center) in Ches Beach for a FREE class of our Yoga Challenge series. This is not a beginner’s class, but nor is it a class of “experts” – it is for anyone who wishes to apply themselves and strive a touch more – in a way that is personally appropriate.

Again, these are challenging classes and some yoga or fitness level is suggested, yet we are open to all who wish to “take the challenge.”
