Following Dr’s Orders – Strictly

When post-op for a meniscus (knee) repair one must follow the doctor’s orders very strictly. The surgeon gave the instruction to keep the leg elevated – and Kirk is doing just that, albeit in revolved half-moon with a staff!

The surgery was Friday, i.e. a mere 4 days ago. So glad to see Kirk is so precise and dedicated to his recovery process.

Annie writes us: “I’m not sure this is what they meant by elevating the leg!”

Oh, and in case you forgot, here is how Annie was post-op after hip surgery (a) Day 8 – Tree Pose & (b) Day 12 – Warrrior III

  1. So now you can come with me to the Billy Goat Trail! Did not realize you were having this done. All seems to be going well. Don’t try to over do it like your wife.

  2. Kirk – great having you in class today – wonderful seeing you move with such facility and ease – keep up the great work!!
