Reflection

As is probably well apparent, there are a few things striking about the video.

(a) Firstly, how hard the baby elephant tries to get out of the river, making repeated attempts. Moral: Never give up.

(b) Second, the ease with which the big elephant decides on a course of action to help. Only one attempt was needed. Moral: Think before you enact any plan.

(c) Thirdly, how nonchalant the big elephant is after she succeeds in helping. Moral: We are fortunate to help others, so there is no place to toot one’s horn after rendering service.
