Back in the era of the Mahabharata – 3500 years ago – there was a yogi-king in India named Yudhisthira. He was a moral and spiritual person who had to face great adversity in his life. But always in the face of  immense struggle and opposition, he maintained his mental balance. Hence the meaning of his name, (Yudhi = in battle, sthira = unassailed), the one who maintains equipoise in the heat of the battle.

During her recent travels, Annie paddled dangerous, crocodile-infested waters.

Yet through it all, Annie remain unaffected. Annie writes:

Indeed, she here how she carried on in a cool, composed manner – despite the imminent danger.
