Creative Cakes by Jennifer

As part of our ongoing Self-Expression Challenge, we share with you something from “Creative Cakes by Jennifer”. Some of you may recall that when “Creative Cakes by Jennifer” was a new upstart in Shady Side (MD) we did a profile on Jennifer G’s enterprise. Well, my how she as grown. Now operating out of southern California, Jennifer’s creations are as dynamic and creative as ever. She and I had  wonderful Twitter chat the other day and here are three of the many creations she has made of late. A link to more of her work is below.

First we have her “Ice Bucket Cake” – complete with melted sugar ice chips – how is that for detail to design!

Next we have “Red velvet anemone cupcakes” – I must say these are not the like cupcakes mom used to make!!

Finally we come to my personal favorite – the VEGGIE cake!! How many different vegetables can you find on this cake??
