Here are some of the scenes from our recent Blocks & Straps workshop,
as part of our Yoga Skills series….
Overview: We organized our Blocks & Straps workshop into sections: supine, seated, table, core/ strengthening, standing, and balance. Each section presented numerous poses using blocks & straps. By this process, we were able to stretch, strengthen, and relax. That said, despite the fact that there are 20+ photos below, they only represent a modest sampling of the poses and variations practiced in this session.
Finally, thanks to all who came out this evening; you made for a great team: ready and willing to try news things and focus on the task at hand, all the while maintaining a free-form, open forum.
