Be Present Challenge: Dec ’22

Let’s close out the year with a bit of stillness each and every day…


The Be Present Challenge is all about availing ourselves the opportunity to experience mental peace and harmony on a daily basis. And all it takes is two minutes!!

The Process:
(A) Enter into a seated position, either on the floor or in a chair.
(B) Try and lengthen the spine so you are sitting tall.
(C) Breathe in and out through the nasal passages, and gradually draw that breath to the depths of the lungs. On the inhalation the navel goes out, and on the exhalation the navel goes toward the spine.
(D) Try and be present with the breath, neither concerned with the past or the future.
(E) As the breath flows more easily and slows down, watch as the mind becomes more and more calm like the sanctuary it was designed to be.
(F) Practice for two minutes.
(G) Aim to do this on a daily basis.
